About Scheduling your appointment,

After contacting Frank about your custom BodyArt,  you will be able to determine a convenient time for your appointment Which after, you will be required to make a deposit to hold your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Deposits for appointments at the Massillon, Ohio Studio start at $75.00 plus a 3% processing fee.The deposit price varies with the size and complexity of the piece. A deposit for an appointment at any if the tattoo conventions is $200.00 plus a 3% processing fee, is non refundable and covers the first hour of your appointment. If you have to reschedule your appointment, you will be required to make another deposit. my schedule starts promptly at your appointment time. There is a &10.00 charge for every minute you are late. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your deposit if you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. If you cut your appointment short for any reason, there will be a $50.00 setup fee at your next scheduled appointment.  If you schedule an appointment and make a deposit, you agree to be bound to these terms.
